Reading survey results, the language breakdown and the AI commentary.

The Reports button on the event page shows the results of both the pre- and post-event surveys together.

What the report contains

  • Per-question answer distribution and percentages.
  • The number of skipped answers — how many people passed that question.
  • The list of answers to open-ended questions.
  • Questions attached to both surveys appear in each report separately; the comparison of the two moments is in the Comparison option of the AI Analysis menu and in the downloaded files.

Language breakdown

If the survey was offered in more than one language, the report also shows how many answers came in each language. This section does not appear for a single-language event.

Which timezone the times use

Note

Dates and times in the report are printed in your organisation's timezone; they do not drift with the server's.

AI commentary

    From the AI Analysis menu above the report choose Pre-event, Post-event or Comparison. The menu is shown only to roles with write access.

    The commentary summarises the open-ended answers and the distributions.
  3. 3
    Read the result; you can regenerate it if you are not happy with it.

Caution

AI calls are deducted from your plan's AI quota. If the quota is exhausted, the button does not work.
