Filling in a survey

Opening a survey, choosing a language, skipping questions and resuming later.

Surveys open from a link or a QR code. No account is needed.

How to start

    Open the link you were sent, or scan the QR code.
  2. 2
    On the welcome screen tick the privacy (KVKK) consent box; depending on the survey you may be asked for your phone number, your name and e-mail, or a participant code. Then press Start.

Choosing a language

If the survey is offered in more than one language you choose it on the welcome screen; it cannot be changed once the survey has started.

Progress

Each screen holds a single question and shows which one you are on. There is no Back button; check your answer before moving on.

Skipping a question

The Skip button appears only if that question is not required and the survey allows skipping. If you do not see it, the question is required.

If you stop halfway

Tip

Your answers are saved at every step. If you reopen the same link the survey starts from the beginning; an unfinished submission is not resumed.

After you finish

You see a thank-you screen when you finish. If you reopen the same link you are told that you already completed the survey. In an anonymous survey Continue anyway lets you fill it in again (for shared devices); in phone and identified surveys it cannot be filled in twice.

If the survey will not open

Closed
The survey has not opened yet, or the organiser closed it.
Not started
The survey's start date has not arrived.
Ended
The survey's end date has passed.
Full
The response limit has been reached.
Archived
The event has been archived.
