Filling in a survey

Opening a survey, choosing a language, skipping questions and resuming later.

Surveys open from a link or a QR code. No account is needed.

How to start

Open the link you were sent, or scan the QR code.

On the welcome screen tick the privacy (KVKK) consent box; depending on the survey you may be asked for your phone number, your name and e-mail, or a participant code. Then press Start.

Choosing a language

If the survey is offered in more than one language you choose it on the welcome screen; it cannot be changed once the survey has started.

Progress

Each screen holds a single question and shows which one you are on. There is no Back button; check your answer before moving on.

Skipping a question

The Skip button appears only if that question is not required and the survey allows skipping. If you do not see it, the question is required.

If you stop halfway

Tip

Your answers are saved at every step. If you started the survey before the closing time or before the response limit was reached, you can still finish it afterwards by carrying on in the same tab (this may not work if your browser blocks cookies). If you close the tab and reopen the link, the survey starts from the beginning and the unfinished submission is not resumed; if the survey has closed in the meantime, you cannot start again. If the organizer closes the survey or archives the event, a survey already in progress cannot be finished either.

After you finish

You see a thank-you screen when you finish. If you reopen the same link you are told that you already completed the survey. In an anonymous survey Continue anyway lets you fill it in again (for shared devices); in phone and identified surveys it cannot be filled in twice.

If the survey will not open

The survey is not accepting responses right now: The survey has not opened yet (for example, the post-event survey opens once the event is completed) or it has been closed. Once it is closed, surveys already in progress cannot be finished either; contact the event organizer.
The survey has not started yet: The opening time has not arrived; try again later.
The survey period has ended: The closing time has passed. People who started earlier and kept their tab open can still finish.
The survey has reached its response limit: The maximum number of responses has been reached. People who started earlier and kept their tab open can still finish.
The organizer's response quota has been reached: Shown when you press Start; no new responses can be taken. Let the event organizer know.
This event has been archived: The survey no longer accepts responses; surveys in progress cannot be finished either.
