Guide

Sureasy guide

Step-by-step instructions for everyone who sets up, runs, or uses an event on stage.

Sureasy carries an event from end to end: collecting applications, forming teams, taking questions from the room, and gathering jury scores. This guide covers each role separately — reading your own section is enough.

Roles

Organizer
Creates and publishes the event, decides on applications, manages teams and the jury. Signs in to sureasy.app with a Sureasy account.
Rapporteur
Reads the raw questions coming from the room, filters out unsuitable ones and picks the ones the moderator will see. Works in the Rapporteur Console inside the organizer panel.
Moderator
Runs the panel on stage. Sees only the selected questions through a personal link; raw questions and personal details are never shown.
Jury member
Scores teams against the criteria. Uses a personal link — no account needed.
Participant
Applies to the event, joins a team, fills in surveys and scans the QR code in the room to ask a question. None of this requires an account.

How an event runs

  1. 1
The organizer creates the event and enters dates and capacity.
  2. 2
The event is published; the application page opens under sureasy.app/etkinlikler.
  3. 3
Applications arrive. The organizer approves, rejects or waitlists each one.
  4. 4
Approved contestants land in teams; those looking for a team are assigned by the organizer.
  5. 5
Event day: the QR code goes up in the room, the rapporteur filters questions, the moderator asks the selected ones on stage.
  6. 6
After the pitches, jury members score the teams through their own links; results collect in the panel.
  7. 7
Surveys go out afterwards and the report is generated.

Where your link comes from

Moderator, jury and team links are personal and are generated and sent to you by the organizer. Each link is shown in the panel only once; if you lose it, ask the organizer for a new one. Generating a new link makes the old one stop working immediately.

Do not share your link

These addresses are the permission itself: anyone who knows the address can open that screen. Forwarding your jury link is the same as handing over your vote.
